Please take a seat in the ground floor reception at the back of the practice and a clinician will come and meet you. You will not to check in with anyone.
The Meridian service is flexible and will work with private patients to ensure appointments are attended and courses of treatment are maximised.

Patients will not be refunded for the cost of treatment or holding fees if they fail to attend an appointment.

Cancellations
Patients unable to attend appointments, will be required to cancel at least 48 hours prior to that appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any payment made for initial consultation or follow-up appointments.
